- Information and content. Information, descriptions, technical specifications, visuals, prices, availability, and content published on Hype Soft Sàrl's channels (websites, online store, catalogues, e-mails, social media, documentation) are provided for information only. Despite the care taken to keep them up to date, Hype Soft Sàrl does not guarantee the absence of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

For telecom services, the Customer acknowledges that interruptions (maintenance, incidents, security-related limitations, anti-fraud measures, third-party operator interventions) may occur. Hype Soft Sàrl uses reasonable means to ensure continuity, without guarantee of uninterrupted service.
- External links and third-party services. Links to external sites, and access to third-party services (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Google Play, operators, gateways, providers), are provided for convenience. Hype Soft Sàrl exercises no control over their content, availability, terms, prices, or privacy policies.
- Limitation of liability. Within the limits of Swiss law, Hype Soft Sàrl is liable only for direct, proven damages resulting from gross or intentional fault. Excluded: indirect or consequential damages, including loss of turnover, loss of profit, loss of data, damage to reputation, business interruption, replacement costs, and any liability related to third-party providers.
- Security, data, and Customer obligations. The Customer is responsible for the security of their environment (passwords, network, equipment, updates, backups, access) and for compliant use of services.
- Force majeure. Hype Soft Sàrl cannot be held responsible in case of delay, non-performance, or interruption due to force majeure or any event reasonably beyond its control.
Terms and conditions - The basics
Who we are
The store and services are operated by Hype Soft Sàrl, 12 rue des Gares, 1201 Genève, CH (UID: CHE-432.029.501). By placing an order or subscribing to a service, you accept our Terms and Conditions.
Products and information
Descriptions, visuals, and technical specifications are provided as a guide. Some characteristics may vary depending on versions and batches (manufacturer, tuners, memory, accessories).
Pricing and VAT
Prices are in CHF. VAT is indicated as applicable (included when "incl. VAT" is shown). Pricing or input errors may be corrected before final validation.
Order and payment
An order is confirmed after basket validation and payment acceptance. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
Delivery (Switzerland)
Delivery in Switzerland within 1 to 15 working days (indicative), fixed cost CHF 9.- (unless otherwise stated). Upon receipt, check the condition of the parcel and report any damage promptly.
Optional installation
You can request a basic installation (CHF 50.- flat fee), subject to possible additional charges (travel, cabling, advanced configuration, access constraints).
Returns (14 days)
We grant a 14-day right of return from receipt for unused, complete, perfectly conditioned products with packaging and accessories. Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of delivery error or proven defect.
Warranty
Products benefit from the Swiss legal warranty (defects) and, where applicable, the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page (often 2 years standard). Damage due to misuse, surge, humidity/liquid, or unauthorised intervention is excluded.
Telecom subscriptions: duration and termination
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions have a minimum duration of 12 months, renewable for 12-month periods. Termination at end of term: 2 months' notice. Early termination: 2 months' notice + fixed indemnity equal to 2 months of the terminated subscription.
Fair Use (Telecom)
Telecom service usage must remain reasonable and compliant. Abuse (spam, fraud, massive automated calls, network disruption, illegal use) may result in limitations, suspension or termination, and the billing of intervention costs.
Liability
Within the limits of Swiss law, we are liable only for proven direct damages in case of gross or intentional fault. Indirect damages (loss of profit, data loss, business interruption) are excluded.
Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, visuals, and designs related to the HYPE universe (including HYPE SWISS and the HYPE-HYPE bird emblem) are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
Applicable law and courts
Relationships are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction: courts of the canton of Geneva, subject to mandatory venues.
1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationships between Hype Soft Sàrl, a Swiss limited liability company, headquartered at 12 rue des Gares, 1201 Genève, CH (UID: CHE-432.029.501), and any professional or individual customer purchasing products and/or subscribing to services.
2. Pricing and taxation
All prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged in addition or included when explicitly indicated.
3. Offers, subscriptions and commercial terms (Telecom)
Hype Telecom services may include in particular: Internet access, VoIP/SIP services, fixed line, numbers, telecom options, commissioning services and support.
4. Hardware (sale) - ownership, risk, warranty
Ownership of equipment is transferred only after full payment. Risks of loss, theft, or damage are transferred to the Customer upon delivery. Warranty: conformity and absence of defects (art. 197 ss CO).
5. Delivery (online store - Switzerland)
- Zone: delivery in Switzerland only.
- Indicative timeframes: 1 to 15 working days.
- Delivery costs: CHF 9.- flat fee per order.
- Receipt check: the Customer must check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and report any apparent damage as quickly as possible.
6. Installation / commissioning (optional)
- Basic installation flat fee: CHF 50.-.
- Additional charges possible (travel, access constraints, additional cabling).
- Services already performed are due and non-refundable.
7. Right of return - 14 days
Hype Soft Sàrl grants the Customer (consumer) a 14-day right of return from receipt. Product must be unused, complete, in original packaging. Return costs are the Customer's responsibility, except in case of delivery error or proven defect.
8. Late payment
- Default interest: 5%/year (art. 104 CO)
- Reminder fees: CHF 30.- / notice
- Service suspension: after 10 days of delay
- Termination by operation of law: after 30 days
- Reactivation fee: CHF 100.-
9. Duration, renewal and termination (services)
Minimum duration: 12 months. Automatic renewal for 12-month periods. Termination at end of term: 2 months' written notice. Early termination: 2 months' notice + fixed indemnity equal to 2 months of the monthly price of the terminated subscriptions.
10. Telecommunications - Fair Use
The Customer commits to reasonable, compliant, and non-abusive use. Considered as abuse: massive automated use (robocalls), spam, fraud, identity theft, use disrupting service quality.
11. Legal measures, security and cooperation
Hype Soft Sàrl may take all measures required by law and/or necessary for the protection of the network and users.
12. Service quality and technical limits
Telecom services may depend on factors beyond Hype Soft Sàrl's control (third-party networks, Customer equipment, access providers).
13. Intellectual property
The HYPE SWISS trademark, the HYPE-HYPE (bird) emblem, and the associated visual identity are protected. Any reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
14. Liability
Hype Soft Sàrl is only liable for direct damages resulting from gross or intentional fault. Maximum liability: amount paid over the last 12 months for services.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law. Courts of the canton of Geneva, subject to mandatory venues.
