This policy applies to data processed during use of the site, subscription to HYPE SWISS TELECOM offers (Mobile, Fixed/VoIP, Internet/Wi-Fi, TV, Packs), and exchanges with our support team.

Name, surname, postal address, e-mail, phone, company (where applicable), customer account information.

- TELECOM operators and partners - Salt, Sunrise, Swisscom and other technical partners depending on the offer.

- Authorities - if required by law.

Technical and quality data: technical logs necessary for diagnostics (errors, availability, incidents, voice/video quality). Information about provided equipment and its configuration.
Usage data: data necessary for provision, support, billing, and Fair Use compliance. Security-related events (suspicious connection attempts, anomalies, anti-fraud blocks).
B) Purposes
Service provision, contract management, support, security, Fair Use, legal obligations.
C) Anti-fraud
Proportionate controls: detection of identity theft, abnormal automated behaviours, unauthorised access attempts, abuse detection, payment verifications.
D) Fair Use
Reasonable caps, filtering of abusive activities, temporary suspension in case of security risk, requests for corrective action.
E) Sharing with operators
Salt, Sunrise, Swisscom and other technical partners use data only as necessary for provision, security, support, billing, and legal obligations.
F) Specific TELECOM retention
Duration necessary for the service + legal/contractual deadlines, then deletion/anonymisation.
G) Your rights and service-related limits
You can request access, rectification, and deletion. Some technical data remains necessary for provision and legal obligations.
9. Data security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (access controls, system security, backups, logging).
10. International transfers
Depending on the tools and partners used, some data may be processed in Switzerland or abroad. Appropriate safeguards in accordance with Swiss law.
11. Your rights (requests and contact)
You can: request access to your data, request rectification, request deletion, object to certain processing, withdraw your consent.

12. Minors' data
Our offers are primarily intended for adults. If minors' data is processed (e.g. family offers), this is done within the contract framework and under the responsibility of the holder.
